Shipping and Returns
Please understand the Terms and Conditions before placing your order. Please note that specific items have different return policies and procedures.
Any product returned for refund must be in its original condition and in original manufacturers packaging. We do not accept returns of used, installed, or damaged equipment.
Any products returned to Critical Power Superstore must be received within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please submit the original order number and reason for the return. Critical Power Superstore will inspect and process any and all refunds to the payment method used at time of purchase within 7-14 business days from receiving the return. Please note that it can be an additional three or four business days for the refund to reflect on your personal account.
Critical Power Superstore is not responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact Critical Power Superstore in advance of return for an RMA number. No refunds will be issued without an RMA. Please note, returned items will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Only products shipped from Critical Power Superstore to the customer are eligible for return, refund, or warranty.
Return of Equipment:
Critical Power Superstore will accept returns on Equipment within 30 days of the purchase date and will issue a refund if the equipment has not been used. Once you have used the equipment, it is not returnable. If you are returning merchandise, it must be properly packaged to prevent any damage in shipping back to us. Critical Power Superstore recommends insuring any merchandise returned and using FedEx as the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to return merchandise in the condition it was received. All Refunds will be credited back to the Paypal account or credit/debit card used at time of purchase, no cash refunds. Once used, your equipment is fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Equipment under warranty will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like to return any machines or equipment, please contact CriticalPowerSuperstore.com via e-mail and a reply will be sent back to you within 48 hours. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Warranty Issues Outside of the Normal Return Period
We stand behind all manufacturer’s warranties and will facilitate having your equipment either repaired or replaced. Please keep in mind that manufacturers may have different periods of time and specific conditions for warranties depending on the item. All parts on the website carry a 90 day warranty.
- If an item is no longer functional and is within its manufacturer warrantied time frame, customer will be required to send said item to Critical Power Superstore for warranty evaluation. After the evaluation is performed and warranty is honored, the item will be replaced or repaired at no charge to the customer. If a replacement item is required immediately, customer may order said replacement within normal payment terms. If the item is warrantied by the manufacturer, credit will be issued only against the replacement unit. Return shipping charges are not included in the manufacturer’s coverage unless pre-agreed by that manufacturer.
